When youre installing your cpu, you should going around the corners until its fully secured instead of doing it one at a time so you dont damage the cpu.

For future reference, make sure when you're installing your CPU cooler to screw it in diagonally.

Put the ddr4 ram in slot 2 and 4 it will help.
